What we collect

• Your name, email address and password (stored securely, we never see it) when you create an account.
• What you put in your listings. Listings are public.
• Your payments. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us. We keep a record of each payment and a card fingerprint from Stripe, which we use to spot self referrals.
• If you request a payout, your bank details. These are encrypted and only opened when we send you a payment.
• The IP address you signed up from, to spot self referrals.

Visitor statistics

To count visitors and clicks we make a one way code from your IP address and browser that changes every day. We do not store the IP address itself, and the code can not be used to follow you from one day to the next. We delete these codes after two days and keep only the daily totals. We do not use advertising cookies or third party trackers.

Cookies

We use a login cookie when you are signed in, and a referral cookie for 90 days when you arrive through an affiliate link, so the right affiliate gets the credit.

Who we share it with

We use these services to run WarriorRank: Supabase (database and logins), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Cloudflare (hosting). They only process your data to provide their service to us. We never sell your data.

Emails

We email you about your account, your payments, payouts, commissions, and when someone pushes your listing down the top 10. You can turn the commission and knockdown emails off in your account settings.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account through the contact page. We keep payment records for as long as the law requires.
