What WarriorRank is

WarriorRank is an advertising directory. Members pay to place listings on a public board, and listings are ordered by the total amount paid towards each one. We do not sell, endorse or vouch for anything listed, and we do not promise any number of visitors, clicks or sales.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. One account per person.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Listings and payments

• A listing goes on the board once at least $5 in total has been paid towards it. Payments are in whole US dollars, by card through Stripe.
• You can add more to a listing at any time. Everything paid towards a listing adds up and the listing does not expire.
• Listings are ranked by total paid. When two listings have paid the same, the one that reached that total first ranks higher, so to take a place you need to beat it by at least $1.
• You can have more than one listing, but only one per link. To move a link up, top up its listing.
• Your place can change at any time as other members pay. We email you when you are pushed down while in the top 10, but we can not guarantee those emails arrive.
• You can edit the name, picture, text and button of a listing at any time. The link can not be changed once the listing has been paid for.

What you can not list

• Anything illegal, or anything that breaks the rules of the payment provider we use.
• Ponzi schemes, high yield investment programs, "doubler" schemes, or anything that promises a fixed or guaranteed return.
• False or misleading claims, including promises of income you can not back up.
• Malware, phishing, pages that try to take payment or login details by deception, or links that hide where they go.
• Adult content, hate, harassment, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

We can remove any listing that breaks these rules, or that we reasonably believe puts visitors at risk, without a refund. We can also suspend an account that breaks these terms. Anyone can report a listing from the board.

Traffic statistics

The visitor and click numbers on the site are counted by us from real browser visits and button clicks, with obvious bots left out. They are a guide, not a guarantee of future traffic.

Liability

WarriorRank is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from a listing, from anything you buy or join through a listing, or from the site being unavailable. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can not be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will email you before it applies.
